2027 Upcoming Annual Meeting

The HOA Annual Meeting is Wednesday, January 13, 2027, @ 7:00pm. Backup date is Wednesday, January 27th, 7pm. Please begin arriving at 6:30pm to check in. We need 22 homes present to have a quorum.

Location: Vesper Hall, 400 NW Vesper St., Blue Springs, MO  64014. If you are unable to attend, please fill out a proxy form and return to the HOA by mail, or in person as the board has to approve those before the meeting.

NOTE:  You must be the legally registered owner of the property to vote at the annual meeting.  There is only one vote allowed per lot in the Eastridge Meadows Subdivision.

1. Electing New Officers- 2-year terms
2. Review of 2026 Events and activities
3. Review 2027 Events and activities
4. Hear from committees
5. Review and approve 2027 Budget
6. Vote on increasing dues to $95.00 for 2028 & 2029
7. Update on amendment signatures process and recording amendment.
