Upcoming Annual Meeting

The HOA Annual Meeting is Wednesday, January 14, 2026, @ 7:00pm. Backup date is Wednesday, January 28th, 7pm. Please begin arriving at 6:30pm to check in. We need 22 homes present to have a quorum.

Location: Vesper Hall, 400 NW Vesper St., Blue Springs, MO  64014. If you are unable to attend, please fill out a proxy form and return to the HOA by mail, or in person as the board has to approve those before the meeting.

NOTE:  You must be the legally registered owner of the property to vote at the annual meeting.  There is only one vote allowed per lot in the Eastridge Meadows Subdivision. 

Important Topics for discussion:

1. Electing New Officers
2. Review of 2025 Events and activities
3. Review 2026 Budget
4. Lack of volunteers to be on committees/or the board
5. Neighborhood violations- and resolve
6. Our Front Landscaping upgrade.
7. Amending our documents or dissolving the HOA due to lack of interest and its consequences on the neighborhood and homeowners.

Our HOA Attorney will attend and will have a special presentation on amending our documents, or dissolving the HOA and the consequences it could have on the neighborhood and homeowners. We encourage all legal homeowners to attend this meeting as we might have amendments that can be put in force by the minimum number of signatures needed. This is one of the most important meetings in the history of the HOA/neighborhood. You do not want to miss this.
