Since we did not have enough that attended the meeting January 9th, the make up Annual meeting has been rescheduled for:
Wed, Jan 17th, 2018
Check in will be 6:30pm — –Meeting will begin at 7pm
Location: Blue Springs South Highschool
Activities/attendance entrance.
From Adams dairy, turn in to the school parking lot at the STOP LIGHT.
Park mid-way back and the entrance will be lit up, and marked. There are signs that direct you to the activities/attendance area.
Signs will be on the entrance doors.
The Proxy is located under “FORMS” on the home page, if you would like someone to vote in your absence please fill out the proxy, and give to a homeowner attending the meeting. They may vote in your behalf:
A- To raise the dues from $50.00/yr to $75.00/yr 2018-2019
B- Give power to the one you designate to vote in your behalf for the running officers on the ballot
C- Adjourn the meeting. (“All in favor say I”)
Please watch for signs to be posted in the front entrances of this meeting as a reminder.
