Residential Reminders

Residential Reminders

Most homeowners want to see the value of their home increase over time. It’s a huge investment! That’s the benefit of belonging to a neighborhood with an HOA. When residents follow by-laws and covenants, they protect their investment and improve the overall appearance of other homes in the area. Keeping this in mind, there are few reminders that the HOA wants to stress to our residents:

1. Remember to submit painting projects, and exterior add-ons to the Architectural Review Board. You must submit paperwork at least 30 days prior to beginning the project. Do not begin work on your home until you have received approval from the ARB. This ensures that your paint scheme and project adds to the value of our neighborhood and is quality work.

2. Do not leave trailers, large machinery, or RVs in your driveway as a means of long term storage.

3. Please store trash bins in garage or away from the street view.

4. Above ground pools are NOT allowed in this neighborhood.
