One of our neighborhood waste disposal services, EWS, has changed to WCA. The WCA customer service number is (816) 220-3227. (This did not change from the old EWS number.) WCA confirmed on 5/15/2017 that they will continue to honor the neighborhood discount program for Eastridge Meadows. The normal rate is $18/month and $3/month rental per container. The HOA discount rate is $14.36/month and a $3/month rental per container. WCA bills customers every two months. Please contact the HOA Board if you have any questions.
They also charge $25 per lawn waste pickup. EWS was only charging $2.00 per bag. $25 is way too high.
WCA customer service.is terrible in comparison to the old EWS rates.
Their fees for onetime pickup of anything are outrageous.
I think it might be time to look elsewhere maybe TEDs, Deffinbaugh or AAA.
