A property dues increase was approved during the 2018 annual meeting January 17th, 2018. Dues for 2018 and 2019 were raised from $50 to $75 annually. Statements were mailed Friday, January 19th 2018. Annual dues are due February 15th, 2018. Dues are delinquent March 1st. 10% assessment will be added to all accounts not paid by March 1st. Any unpaid balance will have a lien placed on properties on June 15th.
