If you are unable to make it to the HOA meeting on January 30th, 2020, and would like someone to vote in your behalf, please go to the website- under forms, download proxy form 1st, and then fill out a proxy form, sign and date. It does not have to be notarized and then send completed proxy to board@eastridgemeadowshoa.com or have the homeowner designated to vote in your behalf bring the proxy to the annual meeting.
