The HOA annual meeting will be held in person on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, 7:00pm @Vesper Hall Located @ 400 NW Vesper St., Blue Springs, MO 64014. The backup date will be Wednesday January 24th, same time and place.
Check in will begin at 6:30pm. In order to vote on the ballot, you need to be the legal owner of the property in person or by proxy.
The HOA has 2 board positions available: These are 2-year terms 2024 & 2025. If you are interested in
serving on the board, please write the board @: board@eastridgemeadowshoa.com to be placed on the ballot. You must be a legal homeowner to serve on the board.
Important topics for discussion will be: Electing 2 new officers, review of 2024 events and activities, review 2024 budget, review whether to invest in Flock LPR cameras for the neighborhood, review online payment possibility, open discussion by homeowners.
22 legal homeowners need to be represented to make up a quorum. We need you there. If you are unable to attend, please fill out a proxy form completely, sign and give to a board member for approval either by emailing the board, giving to a board member, or return by mail to the HOA mailing address. The proxy form needs to be received no later than Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, in order to be approved before the annual meeting. The proxy forms are also found on the HOA website, or please write the board and receive a proxy by email. We are also happy to deliver your proxy to ensure your vote counts. (A proxy form allows another legal homeowner to vote on your behalf)

The HOA attorney will be present to help maintain continuity of the meeting and keep us on track to get out on time. The meeting will begin 7pm, and hopefully end at 8:30pm.
