The HOA annual meeting will be held in person on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023, 7:00pm @Vesper Hall Located @ 400 NW Vesper St., Blue Springs, MO 64014. The backup date will be Wednesday January 25th, same time and place.
Check in will begin at 6:30pm. In order to vote on the ballot, you need to be the legal owner of the property present or by proxy.
The HOA has 2 board positions available: 1 position is for a 1-year term 2023 (the HOA had a vacant board position for 2022 & 2023) & 1 2-year term for 2023 & 2024. If you are interested in serving on the board, please write: board@eastridgemeadowshoa.com to be placed on the ballot.
At the annual meeting, we will review the 2022 Financials for approval; review 2023 budget, review Upcoming Events; Review all of the 2022 accomplishments, discuss concerns for our neighborhood, Vote on retaining the $75.00/yearly assessment, or raise to $85.00/yr.; and hear from our 4 committees and their updates.
22 Homes need to be represented to make up a quorum. We need you there. If you are unable to attend, please fill out a proxy form and give to a board member for approval. The proxy forms are found on this website, or please write the board and receive a proxy by email. We are also happy to deliver your proxy to ensure your vote counts. (A proxy form allows another legal homeowner to vote on your behalf)

The HOA attorney will be present to help maintain continuity of the meeting and keep us on track to get out on time. The meeting will begin 7pm, and hopefully end at 8:30pm.
