Thank you to all of you that attended the HOA annual meeting. We heard reports from Land & Beauty and their upcoming proposals for our front entrance, Codes and Violations Committee on problem areas of our neighborhood, and a presentation to vote on whether the homeowners wanted to use 1 trash service for the neighborhood. The homeowners again voted and passed to continue the $75.00 annual dues For 2020 & 2021.
