FALL DUMPSTER DROP OFF
WHEN: Saturday November 2nd, 2024
TIME: 8am-12:00noon
Location: Junction of Eastridge and Scenic Dr.
DUE to popular demand: The HOA voted to have 1 – 40-yard dumpster this fall available to legal homeowners to get rid of things you do not want. This is for legal homeowners only that are paid in full on dues. If you still owe dues at the time of using the service, please bring money order, or check for the exact amount you owe to use the dumpsters. No cash is accepted.
What is Allowed: Furniture, stuff, anything you want to get rid of (no personal trash, please use your trash service), TV’s, computers (hard drives, monitors, keyboards, mouse, etc.)
EXCEPT
NO: Appliances with Freon, refrigerators, tires, batteries, cans of paint unless it totally solid (can use kitty litter or powdered cement in liquid paint to solidify it before hand), hazardous chemicals, trash, yard waste of any kind.
HINT– to get rid of paint, put cat litter in it until solid, or leave lid open until solid.
We will have monitors on site to comply. Please be respectful. You must be a legal homeowner in this neighborhood to use this service.
